Healthcare Simulation Conference:
Message: More Simulation—The "Why" and "How" of More Simulation

The one and half day conference will focus on designing and implementing simulation using best practices. New technology, paradigm shifts related to expanding curriculums, increased beginning practitioner competency, and patient safety expectations will expand the need for more simulation. Understanding adult learning theories will enhance simulation curriculum and debriefing process. The conference will be interactive and provide fresh perspectives dealing with cutting edge topics in simulation-based healthcare training. The workshops will provide conference attendees an opportunity to apply key principles and improve their skills as simulation-based educators.
